Bacon Parmesan Bread with Dried Mangos and Almonds

3 bacon slices

1 cup shredded Parmesan

½ cups dried mangoes chopped

1 tablespoon minced Marcona almonds

1 tablespoon minced marjoram

13/4 cups all purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ tablespoon salt

3 eggs

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup olive oil

 

In a pre-heated 400 degree oven place bacon on a foiled baking pan and cook for about 25 minutes until crispy. When cooled roughly chop. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Take the Parmesan and next 9 ingredients and put in a large mixing bowl, completely mix all of the ingredients, add chopped bacon. In a generously buttered loaf pan add the combined ingredients and bake for about 55 minutes, let cool and serve warm.
