Fried Capers

ΒΌ drained and dried capers

3 tablespoons olive oil

Over medium heat in a sauce pan warm olive oil, put dried capers in olive oil and cook for about 1 minute. Add to the pasta sauce


2 cups all purpose flour

1 tablespoon salt

2 large eggs

8 tablespoons water

In a mixer fitted with a paddle wheel put all ingredients in mixer. Put on low and mix for approx. 10 minutes. Remove and cover with plastic and let rest for 30 minutes. Cut into four parts and on a lightly floured surface roll out each section of dough with a lightly floured rolling pin until dough is about the size of a small pizza. With a pizza cutter shape into interesting shapes of your choice. In a large salted deep pot put pasta in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Drain and put into pasta sauce.
