Marmalade Glazed Short ribs

8 large Chuck Short Ribs

Salt and Pepper

1 cup soy

1 cup Marmalade

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons ground ginger


Salt and Pepper Short Ribs. Over a hot barbeque or a large grill pan brown meat on both sides. Blend next five ingredients and puree. In an oven proof pan nestle the Short Ribs next to each other and completely cover with Marinade. Cover the pan and in a 350 degree oven bake for 11/2 hours.
