Roasted Corn and Tomato Salad with Balsamic/Soy Vinaigrette

3 large corns in their husks

4 Roma tomatoes diced

4 scallions sliced

3 tablespoons soy

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ tablespoon sesame oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place corn into oven and roast for 30 minutes, when cooled take off husks and silk, slice corn off of cob and add to tomatoes. Why corn is roasting put scallions, soy, balsamic and sesame oil into a large jar, give it a good shake. Pour over corn and tomatoes.
