Pelissa

Cabernet

For many years, the Pelissa vineyard was unofficially known as BV 7 because it supplied Beaulieu Vineyard’s Cabernet Program.. The name Pelissa is a family name that harks back to the beginning of the vineyard’s legacy. Named after the owner’s maternal grandmother, Pelissa is steeped in history, and generations of grape growers and winemakers have been crafting wines there since 1877.

It is now owned by Napa Wine Co. The winery is ideally situated on Highway 29 in Oakville, the veritable geographic center of Napa Valley, and many of Napa Valley's leading winemakers rely on Pelissa’s custom crush facility to crush their grapes.
