BEYOND THE VINEYARD
Organic, sustainable farming practices are core to the health of B Cellars estate vineyards.
Our hand-crafted wine and food pairings are made from scratch using ingredients mostly grown on site from our stone fruit orchards, olive trees, culinary garden, and our hen house. Our chickens produce eggs for our homemade breads, crackers, pasta, and other internal cooking needs. Even herbs and edible flowers used in garnishing our pairings are grown on property.
