This complex fusion exhibits and exceptional balance of both acidity and body. Citrus fruits, and
savory minerality are brought forth from the barrel fermented Chardonnay, while the Sauvignon Blanc provides tropical notes and stone fruits characters. The Viognier finishes this blend with notes of honeysuckle, and fresh flowers while rounding out the palate with notable viscosity.

Just had two (one was Not enough) glasses of the 2010 Blend 23 at a restaurant in Dana Point and have been on a mission to find more. It was subtle and sophisticated, and creamy and dry and fruity and complex. As a chardonnay and viognier fan, this is my new favorite. And now it's not available!
