Elevage, by definition – “the process of nurturing the wine from harvest, through fermentation to barrel, to bottling”. In this experience, your B Cellars Wine Guide leads an interactive, educational conversation where guests enjoy wines featuring different varietals from several Napa Valley American Viticulture Areas (AVA’s). In any given year, B Cellars grapes originate from upwards of eight Napa Valley AVA’s and three in Sonoma County.

After a tour of the property, we delve into 4 bottled wines, complemented by a selection of cheeses and charcuterie curated by Chef Derick. With plenty of time for questions, the range of subjects touches on grapes and vineyard characteristics of the wines poured, production techniques, barrel selection, flavor profiles, and wine ageability.
