Those students have become key CEOs, CFOs, entrepreneurs, managers, and newsmakers in the hospitality industry. Now, that legacy is coming full circle with an exclusive partnership between FIU and B Cellars Vineyards and Winery, co-founded by Duffy Keys, a class of 1975 alumnus.
B Cellars and FIU Chaplin School proudly offer this exclusive opportunity to join the FIU Chaplin School Blue and Gold Society. Much more than a wine club, this is a gathering of wine lovers who appreciate quality and exquisite taste. It is a celebration of the Chaplin School’s enduring legacy and impact on the hospitality industry and a direct way to support the next generation of Chaplin School students and leaders.

Sign Up Instructions
- The first step is to confirm and/or select your wines. The first four wines shown are preselected for you, as well as the donation for this inaugural shipment. The products selected will show a quantity of “1”. You can add more bottles of the preselected wines or swap/add different bottles to your shipment. When you are happy with your wine selections, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue.
- Second, you will need to provide your email address, which will create a new account for you at B Cellars. If you already have an account, you can log in. This is an important step, as it conects you with your new club membership.
- Step three is to tell us where you would like the wine delivered. Please remember that you or an adult over the age of 21 will need to sign for the delivery. When you are finished with your delivery info, click on “Continue to Payment”.
- Next, provide your payment information through our secure system. Your card will be encrypted and stored for future club charges. You can update your card anytime by managing your club online or by calling the winery.
- Finally, review your details and click “Complete Signup”.

Your inaugural shipment will be charged right away and will be shipped within a couple of days of receiving your order.

20% of your wine club price will be donated to FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management on your behalf by B Cellars.
Each shipment will include four bottles of B Cellars wine. While the cost varies based on a number of factors – wine selection, local taxes, and shipping – you can expect to be charged between $400-$500 per shipment. You can always swap out different wines or add wines to your shipment. Twelve bottle cases ship for a flat rate, so feel free to add bottles to make it a case!
- Shipping costs for 2-11 bottles to every state except CA is $59.50.
- When you ship to CA, the cost is between $42.50 – $57.14, depending on the carrier.
- Shipping a full 12 bottle case is complimentary, so feel free to add to your order!
