Chef Derick Kuntz has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and has been with B Cellars since 2015. He started in Colorado Springs and learned quickly, going from washing dishes to being the sous chef at one of the best restaurants in Colorado in under two years. He is completely self-taught and has learned many of his talents on the job.
Chef Derick has found a home at B Cellars where he is free to explore the dynamic partnership between wine and food. His creativity is unrivaled, having created hundreds of recipes and expanded the minds and pallets of thousands of guests during his tenure at B Cellars.
