The Harvest Trek pairing menu at B Cellars is a takes advantage of the end of summer bounty in the culinary garden. The last of the melons are ripening, giving us a rainbow of juicy, sweet flavors to play with. Peppers of all shapes, sizes, and colors are bursting and providing an endless palate for Chef Derick to create with. Top it off with savory, rich lamb with Tzatziki made from garden fresh cucumbers and dill and you’ll be in the harvest mood in no time!
