The current tasting menu at B Cellars is a quintessential representation of a late summer harvest from our culinary garden. The melons are perfectly ripe and bursting with juicy, sweet flavors. Peppers and herbs offer a daily harvest of color and flavor. Tomatoes of all varietals of all shapes, sizes, and colors are still filling the vines and providing an endless palate for Chef Derick to create with.
