The current pairing menu at B Cellars is a celebration of summer and our culinary garden. The stone fruit trees are perfectly ripe and bursting with flavors. Peppers and herbs offer a daily harvest of fresh flavors. And the tomatoes! Varietals of all shapes, sizes, and colors are filling the vines and providing an endless palate for Chef Derick to create with.
