Pizza with Sundried Tomato Pesto

Take your Friday night pizza to the next level by making this incredible dish and pairing it with Zinfandel or Sangiovese. This wine pairs well with the bold, slightly sweet flavors in the sun-dried tomato pesto, while the tannins help to balance the saltiness and fat found in the cheese and prosciutto.

Seared Duck Breast

Chef recommends our Blend 25, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with this hearty fall dish. Duck and Syrah are a classic pairing bringing out the slight gaminess in the wine while the grapes and rosemary jus highlight the fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Sourdough Bread Pudding

Chef Derrick recommends pairing this dish with B Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon. The savory notes of the pecans and bacon balance the sweetness of the bread pudding and the tannins in the wine. The blackberry gastrique amplifies the dark fruit in our Cabernet Sauvignons.
