The valley is now in the midst of spring, and the sun is shining brightly. The vines have started to leaf and flower after going through bud break, signifying that the growing season has officially begun in Napa. Chef Derick has introduced some excellent new dishes, including a seared tuna welcome bite, and brought back a perennial favorite – his famous chips and dip. These dishes are paired with our newest vintage of Rosé and Blend 23, and the menu also features two distinct Cabernet Sauvignons from Oakville.
