Harvest is wrapping up here in Napa, and we are welcoming cool mornings and picture-perfect afternoons. Chef is pulling inspiration from those cooler mornings and creating a menu representing the season. A fun, fried southern favorite kicks off the tasting with the famed Richard Dinner Chardonnay. Ending with a hearty stew and Cabernets from two mountain AVAs.
