Co-founded by Chaplin alumnus Duffy Keys, B Cellars is a testament to the exacting standards of hospitality and quality exemplified by the alumni of the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. From our innovative wine and food pairings that have captivated guests for over two decades to our world-class winemaker, who has been with us since day one, everything we do is rooted in a passion for excellence. Each bottle is crafted with care by our small but dedicated team in Oakville, the heart of Napa Valley, and the home of B Cellars since 2014.
What truly sets us apart, however, is the sheer breadth and depth of our portfolio. Despite our boutique size, we consistently produce exceptional wines sourced from over 30 vineyards and more than 15 varietals each vintage—a staggering achievement for any winery. Each wine reflects our unwavering commitment to quality; if it doesn’t meet our exact standards, it never makes it to the bottle. Since 2018 we’ve averaged over 38 individual wines per vintage, with each one telling a story of its own.
This extraordinary variety ensures there is truly something for every palate. Whether you gravitate toward the bold, structured intensity of our Cabernets, the delicate nuances of our Pinot Noirs, or the artful harmony of our signature blends, B Cellars offers a wine that speaks to your taste.
