Rosé has become much more than just another type of wine. It symbolizes the start of warmer weather and sun-soaked gatherings. The stunning color, refreshing flavors, and youthful exuberance are the perfect way to welcome spring and celebrate throughout the summer months. It’s fun to drink, perfect to share, and easy to match with all sorts of fresh summer cuisine.
At B Cellars, we’ve been perfecting our Rosé since 2015, and this is the best one we have ever made. We give this wine the same thoughtful care that we give to other wines in our portfolio. Over the years, we’ve changed production techniques, vineyard sources, and even varietals that are used to craft Rosé. Our 2022 Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes using whole cluster fermentation. This process leaves the entire cluster of grapes intact, rather than destemming first, as with other red varietals. This finessed approach allows the delicate flavors, textures, and colors to shine through in the finished wine.

Initial aromas of melon, strawberry, and wet stone emerge from the glass, followed by a burst of juicy fruit and citrus on the palate. Watermelon, strawberry, raspberry, bracing acidity, and a clean finish.
