The Trek pairing menu at B Cellars is a representation of the “in-between” seasonal feeling here. Summer is wrapping up, but fall hasn’t quite arrived yet. The menu walks the line with the fresh, crisp flavors of Rosé and Blend 23 with bright acid and fresh fish. A lighter chicken dish paired with one of our favorite wines, the Blend 24. Top it off with a hearty beef slider paired with two Cabernet Sauvignons, and you will be in the mood to throw your last barbecue of the season.
