B Society Connoisseur Allocation

2026 Winter/Spring

Wine club seasons are special to all of us at B Cellars. Long before these wines reach your doorstep, they’ve been tasted, debated, revisited, and quietly anticipated on our end. Each shipment represents years of patience, decisions, and restraint, all finally giving way to the simple pleasure of sharing. There’s something uniquely satisfying about this exchange. For us, it’s the culmination of work done slowly and intentionally, now ready to leave the cellar and begin a new chapter. It is a time for us to connect with our faithful customers and friends. Sometimes, it’s catching up with customers who have become dear friends over many years of membership. Other times, we get to share in the excitement of customizing a first shipment. Either way, we cherish those interactions, knowing that they may only come twice per year. For you, it’s that unmistakable moment: signing for the package, cutting the tape, catching the first glimpse of familiar labels and new discoveries waiting their turn.

We imagine the small rituals that follow. Bottles set aside for later. One opened sooner than planned. Corks pulled on a quiet night or saved for a gathering that feels just right. These wines have been living and evolving with us for a long time. Once they’re yours, they get to become something else entirely. That’s the joy of wine club time. It’s not just about what’s in the box, but what happens next. Thank you for being part of this exchange and for the trust you place in us year after year. We hope this shipment brings a sense of excitement to your door and a few memorable uncorkings in the days ahead.

Recipes

BLT

Chef Derick absolutely loves homemade sliders, and our club members seek out every iteration. This elevated BLT will be sure to wow everyone, even more so when paired with B Cellars Pinot Noir. The candied bacon and smoke in the aioli play with the wine’s earthy components, while the cherry and dijon in the aioli bring out the Pinot Noir’s bright acidity and fruit.

Duck Flatbread

Chef Derick loves to be creative with flatbread toppings, as the base is incredibly versatile. For this specific pairing, Chef Derick recommends our Blend 25 or Hudson Vineyard Syrah. Duck and Syrah are a classic pairing, bringing out the wine’s slight gaminess, while the fig jam highlights the dark fruit.

Sufganiyah

This jelly doughnut with spicy chocolate ganache pairs well with many of our heavier reds, especially Cabernet Sauvignon. The rosemary and cayenne highlight the floral notes in the wine, while the jam emphasizes the bright fruit. The richness of the dish helps to cut through the tannins in the Cabernet Sauvignon.
