Pair this side dish with one of Chef's rib recipes, and you will surely be a hit at the next neighborhood barbecue. The Zinfandel is a great pairing for both his rib recipes and the potato salad. A nice zing from the vinaigrette and fat from the bacon help bring out the balanced acid and dark fruit in the wine.
