At the Winery
Our brand new greenhouse has been built and has found its perfect spot on the back patio. It will soon be filled with seedlings and starters to be moved to the garden as summer approaches. Meanwhile, our garden is already starting to flourish with fresh strawberries, sweet and fragrant basil, and an assortment of leafy greens, including spinach, kale, and swiss chard. We have been tending to the garden every day, making sure the soil has the right nutrients and that the plants have enough water and sunlight, or shade, depending on the varietal. We are looking forward to enjoying the fruits (and veggies!) of our labor soon. There’s nothing quite like the taste of freshly picked produce straight from your own backyard.
In the Kitchen
With this menu, Chef has brought back some B Society member favorites. The most talked about and crave-able dishes are paired with some of our most popular wines. Moving into spring, Chef is highlighting a variety of crisp and refreshing pairings, followed by more hearty dishes paired with heavier reds. This is another pairing menu not to be missed!
